About the company

CT ASSEMBLY LLP is a joint German-Kazakhstani enterprise for the assembly of CLAAS and HORSCH agricultural machinery founded in 2018.

Today, the assembly enterprise produces CLAAS Combine harvesters of three models: TRION 530, TRION 650 and TRION 730; CLAAS CERIO, VARIO and CONVIO Combine headers; CLAAS XERION 4500 tractors, as well as two models of wide-cut sowing complexes: HORSCH Sprinter HD and HORSCH Sprinter NT.

All manufactured machinery is certified for compliance with the requirements of the current technical regulations of the Customs Union and the origin of the goods. Manufactured machines receive a CT-KZ certificate and individual passports.

Project history

CONSOLIDATION AND START OF NEGOTIATIONS

Negotiations with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan region on the implementation of an investment project for the assembly of agricultural machinery.

SIGNING OF THE MEMORANDUM

The Akimat of the North Kazakhstan region and CLAAS German concern signed a Memorandum of cooperation in the field of creating a plant for the assembly of agricultural machinery. CT ASSEMBLY LLP was established.

DEVELOPMENT AND FIRST STEPS IN ASSEMBLY

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the President of Kazakhstan, and Cathrina Claas-Mühlhäuser, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CLAAS Group, discussed the implementation of a joint investment project. A plan for its implementation for 5 years has been developed and approved.

AGREEMENT AND EXPANSION OF PARTNERSHIP

The signing of the Agreement on the industrial assembly of agricultural machinery and the Special Investment Contract, as well as the start of the assembly of cereal combines. Long-term lease of the plant in the territory of the free customs zone.

SIGNING THE SIC AND STARTING THE ASSEMBLY

Expansion of the model range of assembly equipment and a contract for the reimbursement of the recycling fee. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the President of Kazakhstan, visited the enterprise to get acquainted with the production process.

INTERACTION AND DEVELOPMENT

Start of the assembly of the new CLAAS TRION combine. The visit of Cathrina Claas-Mühlhäuser, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CLAAS Group, to CT ASSEMBLY LLP and an official meeting of the top officials of agricultural machinery manufacturers participating in the project and the heads of the largest agricultural holdings in Kazakhstan.
